Batch Printing

Batch lists are device-specific and will be lost if you uninstall the PrepWizard app from your device.

What's a Batch List?

It's like a list of favorites. You can save pre-filled selections of products & quantities, allowing for quick any easy access for future printing.

Creating a Batch List

  1. Navigate to your desired products and specify the quantities you wish to include.
  2. Tap the “Batch Print” button located at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Press the “Save +” button to start creating your list.
  4. Enter a name for your new list when prompted.
  5. Tap “Save” to store your batch list.

Printing a Batch List

  1. Open your batch lists by tapping the “Batch Print” button.
  2. Select the list you wish to print by tapping on it.
  3. Your selections will populate automatically with the set quantities.
  4. Tap the “Print” button to begin printing.

Updating a Batch List

  1. Modify your selections with the updated products and quantities.
  2. Access your saved lists through the “Batch Print” button.
  3. Swipe right on the list you wish to update.
  4. Tap “Update” to save the new selections to the list

Deleting a Batch List

  1. Go to your saved lists by tapping the “Batch Print” button.
  2. Swipe left on the list you intend to delete.
  3. Tap “Delete” to permanently remove the list.
